A.) The MLS or Multiple Listing Service is a database and software that is used by real estate
brokers representing sellers to widely share information about properties with other brokers
who may represent potential buyers or wish to cooperate with a seller’s broker in finding a
buyer for the property or asset.
Q.) Why use the MLS?
A.) Because more the 80% of buyers use an agent to find a home and you want those agents to show
your home.
Q.) How much does it cost to list my home on the MLS?
A.) We offer a 5 DAY FREE TRIAL. After that its just a one time flat fee of $199.
Q.) Do I need to give you my credit card info to start my 5 DAY FREE TRIAL?
A.) No! This is a FREE Trial. After your 5 days are up we will contact you to see if you would
like to continue.
Q.) Is there a real estate brokerage involved in puting my home on the MLS?
A.) Yes. Only licensed real estate brokers can put your home on the MLS. Because of this we use Thread Real Estate as a facilitator to put your home on the MLS.

Q.) Do you support any charities?
A.) YES! We donate 10% of our net generated by this site each year to Friends Of Homeless Animals!
